Application Research on Temperature Control System for Phosphating Solution

Abstract: In automotive phosphating processes, to address the abnormal crystallization caused by temperature gradients during the heating phase of phosphating solution, a temperature difference-PID coordinated control program was developed. This program integrates segmented temperature compensation and dynamic parameter adjustment to achieve precise thermal regulation. Application tests demonstrated that the optimized control system significantly reduced temperature fluctuations and effectively inhibited crystallization risks.
