To enhance the quality of ideological and political education in teaching of professional courses, we integrate cybernetic principles into the evaluation of teaching. By using the evaluation criteria from the teacher competition on ideological and political teaching as a control mechanism for practical teaching, we effectively adjust the teaching design and implement teaching practice. Taking "Electronic Technology" as an example, we establish an evaluation system for teaching design and practice that incorporates "values," including indicators and their respective weights. We utilize FCE to quantitatively assess the "feedforward" and "feedback" effects of ideological and political education, categorizing the results to analyze and compare the effectiveness of this teaching approach. Practical results demonstrate that using FCE to to achieve the quantification of the ideological and political teaching outcomes of the course offers valuable guidance for practical teaching and provides a reference for reforming ideological and political education in teaching.
