Research on the Construction of Modern Industrial Colleges Based on the Four-Party Synergy of "Government, Industry, Enterprise and School"

Abstract: The construction of modern industrial colleges is an important measure to promote the deep integration of industry and education, and to achieve the connection between the education and industrial chains. This research systematically explores the construction path of modern industrial colleges from the perspective of the four-party collaboration among government, industry associations, enterprises, and schools. The results of the research indicate that governments should play a leading role in providing guarantee for the construction of industrial colleges through policy support and resource integration, industry associations need to coordinate the integration of industry standards and educational content to promote curriculum integration, enterprises should deeply engage in the construction and management of colleges to achieve resource sharing, universities need to innovate their talent cultivation models while strengthening the construction of "dual-qualified" teaching staff. Through four-party collaboration, we aim to establish a comprehensive education mechanism that integrates the education chain, industry chain, innovation chain, and talent chain, and explore more effective collaborative education models to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents for regional economic development.
