摘要当前，中国经济已经深度融入世界经济体系之中，为了维护中国经济的持续稳定发展，必须提高
在国际规则中的制度性话语权。在“一带一路”战略背景下，中国应该积极作为，为促进世界政治经济
发展以及完善全球治理贡献中国智慧、中国方案。

Abstract: At present，Chinese economy has integrated into the world economic system，in order to maintain the
sustainable and steady development of China’ economy， Chinese institutional voice is supposed to be
strengthened in the international rules．In the context of “The Belt and Ｒoad”initiative， China should take
positive actions to contribute China’wisdom and Chinese scheme so as to promote political and economic
development of the world and achieve the improvement of global governance．
