摘要 用冷压陶瓷技术,在1400℃/12h烧结条件下制备了Ba(Ti1-xMnx)O3(x=0.06~0.09)陶瓷.利用
室温 XRD 研究钛锰酸钡陶瓷的晶体结构,通过 SEM 样品微观形貌.XRD 测试结果表明: 当 x≥0.06 时,
Ba(Ti1-xMnx)O3陶瓷表现为六方结构,进入到 Ti4+位的 Mn3+所引起的 Jahn-Teller 效应是六方相形成的驱
动力.SEM 图中观察到的棒状晶粒与六方相对应.

Abstract: Ba(Ti1-xMnx) O3 ceramics were prepared for x = 0.060.070.08 and 0.09 using a cold -pressing
ceramic technique. The crystal structure and microstructure of Ba
(Ti1-xMnx) O3 ceramics were investigated
using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The XRD results showed that Ba
(Ti1-x Mnx)O3
exhibited a hexagonal structure as x0.06and Jahn-Teller distortion caused by the was a driving force for the
hexagonal phase.Columnar grain morphology observed was assigned to the hexagonal phase.
