Abstract One of the very important education link for automotive majors is their internship in the process of
which the students transform from“learners”into“workers”．In this paper，the author analyzed the problems in
the in-post practice and provided solutions and measures like“6S management”which helped to improve the
effect of practice and guarantee their future employment．
