Abstract An Introduction to Automobile is the first professional course exposed to vocational students after
they entered Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology， although this course contains not many of the periods， it
lays solid foundation for the improvement of the students’learning interest and their future learning．Therefore，
theory and practice teaching should be combined， flexible and varied teaching methods should be adopted to
motivate the students’learning initiatives and achieve good effect
