Abstract Nowadays, many problems, such as emphasizing knowledge transfer and ignoring ability training, simplifying teaching and evaluation, the incomplete system of cultivating innovative personnel and so on exist in the personnel training system of higher education. This paper puts forward the innovative personnel training model so as to improve the quality and level of personnel training in universities. Through the reform of curriculum, integration of teaching and practice, the fusion of information technology and teaching, the change of traditional education methods, the practice achieves a significant improvement in improving the quality of personnel training.
