Abstract With the development of science and technology, biopharmaceutical industry has become one of the most prominent properties, thus it is inevitable that biopharmaceutical engineering specialties in ordinary colleges transform from theoretical engineering-guided education to technical application-based education. In order to keep up with the tendency in transformation period, it is necessary to reform teaching procedures, enhance practical education, as well as intensify engineering quality education and practical skills in the context of the cooperation between school and enterprise.
