Abstract
Fintech, represented by big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing and other emerging cutting-edge technologies, has promoted the rapid development and reform of the financial industry, and also put forward new requirements for the training of financial talents in Chinese universities. From the perspective of curriculum system construction, teaching staff, and school-enterprise cooperation, the paper analyzes the challenges faced by the current financial science and technology talent training in application-oriented undergraduate universities, and proposes to start with the cultivation of students' thinking, improve the construction of financial science and technology curriculum system, promote the update of teachers' knowledge, and further strengthen the financial talent training model of application-oriented undergraduate universities that integrates schools and enterprises to build training modules.
