Abstract
The microwave-assisted extraction of seabuckthorn seed oil was studied. Based on the single factor experiment, the technology of microwave-assisted extraction of seabuckthorn seed oil was optimized by response surface method. The results showed that the best extraction conditions were: extraction time 26 min, ratio of material to liquid 1:12, power 622w. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of seabuckthorn seed oil was 0.307% ± 0.005%, which was 98.71% of the predicted value. It is basically consistent with the predicted value. This study optimized the microwave-assisted extraction technology of seabuckthorn seed oil, and provided the theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of seabuckthorn seed.
