Abstract The employment of college students has always been highly valued by the Party and the government. Effectively supporting college student employment is not only a key focus for the Communist Youth League in serving the young, but also an important entry point for the Communist Youth League' involvement in serving the national economy. This study analyzes the current situation, existing problems, and courses regarding employment work for college students from"double non" universities from the perspective of the "Triple Helix" theory. Based on specific employment practices, it proposes the "123" employment strategy of "focusing on key groups, centering on key areas, and carrying out key activities" as the framework for the Communist Youth League in universities to provide targeted recommendations for enhancing the employment work of college students.
