Abstract The outside school practice teaching of chemical engineering and technology pioneer class in our
school expose some problems of our school teaching， such as the imperfection of the curriculum system， the
weakness of the students’integrated capability in the use of knowledge．This paper analyzes the causes of the
problems in detail and provides some solutions， which has some guiding effect on the smooth development of
the next stage of training plan．
