| Analysis of Trace Elements in Changbai Mountain Lime Tree Pollen by ICP-ASE with High Pressure Tank Digestion |

Abstract By wet digestion procedure with HClO4/HNO3 to high pressure tank samples， we used inductively
coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP-AES) to direct determine 14 kinds of trace elements of
Changbai mountain lime tree pollen， including K， Mg， Ca， Ba， Fe， Zn， Cu， Mn， Al， Se， Sr， Cd， Cr and Pb．
Experimental conditions were optimized throughor thogonal experiments and their variance analysis． The
standard addition recovery of the method was between 95．8% ～ 106%， and the relative standard deviation was
less than 2．14%．The results showed that the Changbai mountain lime tree pollen powder contained a lot of K，
Ca，Mg，Fe，Mn， and other trace elements．The method had high sensitivity， accuracy and precision．The result
was satisfactory．
