Abstract The gas production has a great relationship with temperature in Biogas fermentation process． An
optimum temperature is the necessary factor to ensure that the raw material in the fermentation tank microbes
can form stable dominant population and to improve gas production．Through analyze the temperature field of
fermentation tank used ANSYS can get the temperature of bottom， roof and the whole tank along the cross
section temperature distribution of tank wall， obtain the roof diffusion rate is the largest， second is the whole
tank，and the tank bottom is the minimum．If just consider the perspective of heat，the heat dissipating capacity
from high to low in turn is the whole tank， roof and the tank bottom．， It is a better guide that the analytical
results compared with the theoretical calculation and combination in practical application．
