摘要 

采用单辊快淬法制备Fe91-xZr7Cr2Bx(x=10,12)和Fe81Zr7M2B10(M=Nb,W)非晶合金,并对上述非晶合金进行不同温度热处理。合金的热性能、微观结构及磁性能分别利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、同步差热分析仪(STA) 和振动样品磁强计(VSM)测得。研究表明四种非晶合金的STA中均存在三个晶化放热峰,但初始晶化产物及晶化过程不同,Fe81Zr7Nb2B10非晶合金的初始晶化产物与Fe81Zr7Cr2B10合金相似为单一α-Fe相,Fe81Zr7W2B10非晶合金的初始晶化产物与Fe79Zr7Cr2B12合金相似为α-Fe相和Fe23B6相。不同的晶化产物导致合金的矫顽力(Hc)随热处理温度的变化存在差异,Fe81Zr7Nb2B10合金经热处理后具有较低的矫顽力(Hc)。

Abstract: 

Fe91-xZr7Cr2Bx (x=10, 12) and Fe81Zr7M2B10(M=Nb,W) amorphous alloys were prepared by the single roller melt-spinning and isothermally annealed at different temperatures. The thermal stability, microstructure and magnetic property of the alloys were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), simultaneous thermal analysis (STA) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), respectively. Research shows that the four kinds of amorphous alloys all exist three crystallization peaks in the STA curves, but have different crystallization initial products and crystallization processes. The initial crystallization product of Fe81Zr7Nb2B10alloy, which is a single α-Fe phase. The initial crystallization products of Fe81Zr7W2B10 amorphous alloy are similar to those of Fe79Zr7Cr2B12 alloy, which are α-Fe and Fe23B6 phases. The coercivity is different each other along with the change of heat treatment temperature, because of their different crystallization products. Fe81Zr7Nb2B10 alloy has low Hc after heat treatment.
