Nowadays, Chinese teaching tends to be mere formality. Teachers only focus on textbooks and have little extra-curricular knowledge. This leads to the rigidity and lack of interest in Chinese classroom teaching. At the same time, the associated consequence is that students lack interest in Chinese learning and do not attach importance to Chinese learning.
