Under the guidance of High Education Department of Education Ministry and Teaching Executive Committee, the teaching reform of the course College Computer which maintains computational thinking as the main content has been further promoted. However, difficulties still exist, such as students' poor basis, the difficult advancement of teaching content and the difficulty of the improvement of teachers' level etc. This paper summarizes the process of teaching reform of "MOOC+SPOCs+Flipped Classroom" and puts forward suggestions on College Computer teaching reform based on MOOC+SPOCs. Students learn on MOOC and SPOC online and enhance learning through flipped class after. This teaching mode is student-centered, which helps to improve their ability of solving practical engineering problems with computational thinking.
