大学生创新能力培养的实践探索——以延边大学工学院为例

摘要

创新是中华民族最深沉的民族禀赋，而大学生创新能力的培养是提高大学生竞争力，建设创新型国家，提高综合国力的必要条件。笔者以延边大学工学院为例，从树立创新教育理念、构建创新教育体系、搭建创新实践平台、创新学生管理工作等方面入手，探索培养大学生创新能力的新途径。

Abstract:

Innovation is the national endowment of the Chinese nation, cultivating the college students' innovative ability is a need for improving college students' competitiveness, building an innovative country and enhancing our nation' comprehensive strength. This paper takes the Engineering College of Yanbian University as an example. Starting from the aspects of setting up innovative education concept, building innovative education system, building innovative practice platform and innovating the student management and so on，this paper explores new ways of cultivating college students' innovative ability.
