技能大赛与教育教学良性互动研究——以移动互联应用技术专业为例

摘要 

针对技能大赛与专业教育教学协调发展中存在的技能大赛选拔机制不够健全、参赛选手脱离正常教学、技能大赛内容没有融入教学等典型问题;通过探析技能大赛在教育教学中意义、对存在典型问题进行深入分析,给出促进技能大赛与教育教学形成良性互动几点措施;以移动互联应用技术专业为例对教育教学与技能大赛协调发展实践效果进行验证、分析;构建技能大赛与教育教学互动机制能够进一步促进专业人才培养质量的提升。

Abstract: 

This paper analyzes the problems in the coordinated development of skill contest and professional teaching such as the imperfect selection mechanism, separation of the contestants from class and the disintegration of content in the skill contest from teaching. Based on the analysis of the significance of the skill contest in teaching, it provides some measures to promote good interaction between teaching and taking contest: to take Mobile Interconnection majors cultivating practice as an example to verify and analyze the effect of the coordinated development practice; to construct the interactive mechanism between skill contest and teaching so as to promote the improvement of the quality of professional training.
