摘要 

随着我国军用和民用航空产业的发展,航空维修人才的需求空前高涨。为了培养专业技能强,职业素质高的技术技能型人才,吉林化工学院经过不断的探索和实践,通过对人才培养目标、规格、过程和模式的总体设计,对教学活动的有效组织,对教学资源的合理配置,制定了高职航空维修类专业军地两用型人才培养方案,并应用到教学实践中,取得了预期的教学成效。

Abstract: 

With the development of China's military and civil aviation industry, the demand for aviation maintenance personnel is becoming unprecedentedly urgent. In order to cultivate personnel with strong professional skills and high professional quality, Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology has worked out an Aeronautical Maintenance Specialty in higher vocational education through continuous exploration and practice. By designing the cultivation target, specification, process and training mode, organizing teaching activities effectively, allocating teaching resources reasonably, making training scheme for military and civilian personnel and applying it into teaching practice, the researchers achieved the desired teaching effect.
