With the
deepening of education reform, the competition of on-the-job courses and
certificates has become a new educational concept aimed at cultivating
high-quality skilled talents who can meet the needs of social development. For
this purpose, the teaching team took Electrical Control Technology as an
example to explore how to integrate the concept of on-the-job course
certification into course teaching, improve teaching quality, and enhance the
students' comprehensive quality. Through practice, we
have found that on-the-job course certification can effectively promote
students' practical abilities and innovative spirit and improve the teachers' teaching
level. Ultimately, from the perspective of talent demand (industry), we aim to
achieve a "job based curriculum and integration of courses and
positions", and from the perspective of talent supply (education), we aim
to achieve a talent cultivation model that integrates "job-based
curriculum and competition-based education"
