摘要 随着教育改革的深入,岗课赛证成为一种新的教育理念,旨在培养适应社会发展需求的高素质技能型人才。为此,教学团队以电气控制技术课程为例,探讨了如何将岗课赛证理念融入课程教学中,提高教学质量和学生的综合素质。通过实践,我们发现岗课赛证能够有效地促进学生的实践能力和创新精神,同时也能够提高教师的教育教学水平。最终从人才需求侧(产业界)做到“以岗定课、课岗融通”,从人才供给侧(教育界)做到“以证入课、以赛促教”,实现“岗课赛证”综合育人的人才培养模式

Abstract: 

With the deepening of education reform, the competition of on-the-job courses and certificates has become a new educational concept aimed at cultivating high-quality skilled talents who can meet the needs of social development. For this purpose, the teaching team took Electrical Control Technology as an example to explore how to integrate the concept of on-the-job course certification into course teaching, improve teaching quality, and enhance the students' comprehensive quality. Through practice, we have found that on-the-job course certification can effectively promote students' practical abilities and innovative spirit and improve the teachers' teaching level. Ultimately, from the perspective of talent demand (industry), we aim to achieve a "job based curriculum and integration of courses and positions", and from the perspective of talent supply (education), we aim to achieve a talent cultivation model that integrates "job-based curriculum and competition-based education"
