摘要 

随着我国社会经济的全面快速发展,乡村振兴的成效也越来越显著。乡村振兴需要各类人才,在此过程中农村老龄化人口对于乡村振兴也起到了促进作用。充分发挥银发力量的经验优势、政治优势、威望优势,赋能乡村振兴,有利于推动社会经济文化的繁荣发展。因此,在党的二十大报告强调要全面推进乡村振兴的背景下,要重视农村老年群体现实功能,实现其积极作用。

Abstract: 

With the comprehensive and rapid development of China's social economy, the effectiveness of rural revitalization is becoming increasingly significant. Rural revitalization requires various talents, and in this process, the aging population in rural areas also plays a promoting role in rural revitalization. Fully leveraging the experiential, political, and prestige advantages of silver hair, empowering rural revitalization, is conducive to promoting the prosperity and development of social, economic, and cultural development. Therefore, in the context of emphasizing the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it is necessary to attach importance to the practical functions of the elderly population in rural areas and achieve their positive role.
