摘要 

以取代苯甲醛和取代苯乙酮为原料,首先合成查尔酮化合物,并与苯肼继续反应在维生素B1催化下,合成6种1,3,5-三芳基吡唑啉化合物,产率为75–93%;该方法操作便捷,无需酸碱和金属离子,维生素B1催化效果好、无毒、绿色环保可商购;对产物进行了FT-IR、1H NMR和HR-MS表征,确定化合物的结构;通过对所合成化合物荧光光谱的测定,得出1, 3, 5-三芳基吡唑啉中芳环上的取代基对其荧光光谱的影响规律。

Abstract: 

In this paper, six 1,3,5-triarylpyrazoline compounds were synthesized under the catalysis of vitamin B1 by using substituted benzaldehyde and substituted acetophenone, with a yield of 75–93%. The method is convenient to operate and does not require acid, alkali and metal ions, vitamin B1 has good catalytic effect, non-toxic, green environmental protection can be commercially purchased. FT-IR, 1H NMR, and HR-MS characterization were performed to determine the structure of the compound. The influence of the substituents on the fluorescence spectra of 1, 3, 5-triarylpyrazoline was studied by measuring the fluorescence spectra.
