摘要 

汽包是锅炉系统受热并产生蒸汽的重要枢纽,控制汽包液位保持在设定的范围内,是锅炉系统安全、稳定运行的重要工作任务。本文分析研究了汽包液位与给水和蒸汽用量之间的动态关系,采用三冲量控制方式,结合微分先行-PID控制算法,基于西门子S7-300 PLC,设计了以锅炉汽包液位自动控制系统,系统投运后,有效提高了汽包液位的控制品质,取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract: 

The Steam drum is an important hub for the boiler system to be heated and generate steam, and it is an important task for the safe and stable operation of the boiler system to control the liquid level of the boiler drum to be within the set range. In this paper, the dynamic relationship between the steam drum level and the supply water and steam consumption is studied, and the automatic control system of the boiler drum level is designed based on the Siemens S7-300 PLC by using the three-impulse control method, combined with the differential antecedent PID control algorithm. After the system was applied into operation, it effectively improves the control quality of steam drum liquid level, which acquires good application effect.
