单容水箱液位动态矩阵控制研究

摘要 

针对水箱液位的恒水位控制问题,通过机理分析法建立了单容水箱的动态数学模型,将动态矩阵控制算法作用于单容水箱,以液位的状态方程为预测模型,设计动态矩阵控制器,实现了水箱液位的恒水位控制。仿真结果表明,所提出的单容水箱液位动态矩阵控制算法,其响应速度较快,调节时间短,抗干扰的能力强,具有良好的控制效果。

Abstract: 

Aiming at the problem of constant water level control of water tank level, the dynamic mathematical model of single tank is established by mechanism analysis method. The dynamic matrix control algorithm is a single tank liquid level predictive control algorithm. Taking the state equation of liquid level as the prediction model, a dynamic matrix controller is designed and implemented. At present, the constant water level control of water tank liquid level is realized. The simulation results show that the proposed dynamic matrix control algorithm for liquid level of single tank has fast response speed, short adjustment time, strong anti-interference ability and good control effect.
