摘要 

以过控专业为例,从性别比例、升学率、就业率和就业地分布情况等角度对该专业的就业现状进行分析和研究,在OBE工程教育理念指导下,东北地区政府和应用型本科院校要做好人才政策、提升学生就业竞争力和大学生创新创业孵化率,表明了留住东北高校的毕业人才,对东北振兴的重要促进作用。

Abstract: 

Taking the Process Equipment and Control Engineering major as an example, this paper analyzes the current employment situation of this major from the aspects of gender ratio, enrollment rate, employment rate and employment location distribution, and gives suggestions that the government and application-oriented universities in northeast China should make good policies to attract talents, and improve students' employment competitiveness and their innovation and entrepreneurship incubation students under the ability in the guidance of OBE. The research shows that keeping graduates in the Northeast plays an important role in promoting the revitalization of the Northeast of China.
