摘要 

针对甲酸钠干燥系统运行不稳定、除尘塔除尘效果下降、风机耗电量大等问题,采用对除尘塔技术改造,改变风机运行位置,旋风收集器改造等相应的解决措施,消除了原有设备隐患,设备振动降低,月节电约电量10000度;实现物料在一级旋风收集率达到99.5%。装置达至预期改造目标。

Abstract: 

In view of the problems such as unstable operation of sodium formate drying system, the decline of the dust removal effect of the dust removal tower and large power consumption of fans, the corresponding solutions such as technical transformation of dust removal tower, change of fan running position and transformation of cyclone collector are adopted. The hidden dangers of original equipment are eliminated, the vibration of equipment is reduced, and the monthly power saving is about 10000 degrees. The material collection rate in the first class cyclone reaches 99.5%.The device reaches the expected transformation target.
