摘要 

双循环新发展格局是党中央根据国内外形势发展而制定的英明战略决策,是当前国内经济工作必须遵循的重要依据。碳纤维产业作为化工行业先进材料的重要支撑,对国内外经济发展有着重要作用。因此,针对影响我国碳纤维产业发展因素,着眼于国际和国内两个市场,建议碳纤维产业要紧紧抓住双循环新发展格局的契机,通过“政府层面”“行业协会”“企业层面”采取措施,突破产业发展所面临的困局,并通过产业创新探寻碳纤维产业高质量发展路径。

Abstract: 

The new development pattern of the dual circulation is a wise strategic decision formulated by the CPC Central Committee according to the development of the domestic and foreign situation, and it is an important basis for the current domestic economic work to follow. As an important support for advanced materials in the chemical industry, carbon fiber industry plays an important role in the economic development at home and abroad. Therefore, in view of the development factors affecting carbon fiber industry in China, focusing on both international and domestic markets, carbon fiber industries are suggested to seize the opportunity in the new period and take measures considering the factors of "government", "industry association" and "enterprises" so as to break through the dilemma of industrial development, and find the development path of high quality through the industrial innovation of carbon fiber industry.
