摘要 

针对绿肥毛苕子播种过程中缺乏能够大规模、高效率播种的撒播机,只能采用人工撒播或使用通用条播播种机的现状,本文设计了一款绿肥毛苕子种专用撒播机,该撒播机可一次性播种7行,播种幅宽为3.3m,最高播种速度可达25km/h。该播种机最大特点是将空气压缩机、旋耕机与播种机结合设计,一次性完成旋耕、撒播及覆土镇压全过程,解决了绿肥毛苕子播种中播种不均、劳动强度大和条播效率慢等的问题。

Abstract: 

In view of the lack of large-scale and high-efficiency seeder in the process of green manure hairy vetch sowing, we can only use manual sowing or general drill seeder. This paper designs a special seeder for green manure hairy vetch. The seeder can sow 7 rows at one time, the seed width is 3.3m, and the maximum sowing speed can reach 25km / h. The biggest feature of the planter is the combination of air compressor, rotary tiller and planter, which can complete the whole process of rotary tilling, sowing and covering soil compaction at one time, and solve the problems of uneven sowing, high labor intensity and low drilling efficiency in the process of green manure and hairy vetch sowing.
