摘要 

环氧乙烷是一种广泛应用的有机化合物,且边际利润水平始终较好,全国各大石化企业大多设有此化工产品生产装置?在环氧乙烷出厂计量中,普遍存在汽车衡计量与质量流量计计量差量的情况,由此也产生一些公平计量贸易方面的纠纷?本文针对此类现象分析出现差量的原因,提出了解决措施,以科学合理地维护售、买双方利益,促进公平贸易。

Abstract: 

Ethylene oxide is a kind of widely used organic compounds. The marginal profit level is comparatively higher all the time. Most petrochemical enterprises are equipped with this production equipment in our country. In the ethylene oxide factory measurement, there are often differences between truck scale and mass flowmeter measurement, which sometimes leads to measuring trade disputes. This paper analyses the reasons for dispersion, and puts forward countermeasures with the hope of protecting the mutual interest of buyers and sellers and promoting fair trade.
