摘要 

随着碳纤维产业链条逐步完善,针对碳纤维上下游产业发展动态,依托学校优势学科开展经济管理类相关专业就业新模式研究。分析招聘网站上招聘经管类专业的最新碳纤维企业岗位需求,全能型人才是今后企业需求重点,并针对就业及创业两方面提出了相应的要求及方法。

Abstract: 

With the gradual improvement of the carbon fiber industrial chain, the research on the new employment mode of economic management related majors will be carried out based on the characteristics of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. Based on the analysis of the latest job demand of carbon fiber enterprises in the field of economic management on the recruitment websites, it turns out that versatile talents are the key demand of enterprises in the future, and corresponding requirements and methods are proposed for employment and entrepreneurship.
