地方高校教学质量监控中面临的问题及对策——以听评课为视角

摘要

听评课是地方高校教学质量监控以及教学研究的重要方法和途径，由于各种原因，目前听评课在一些地方高校已经成为流于形式的鸡肋，围绕听评课的教学管理理念和管理方法滞后，难以发挥应有作用。只有改变重科研、轻教学的状况，推动教学工作与科研工作的协调发展，才能吸引教师积极投身教学、教研工作，使听评课焕发生机与活力，进而提升教学质量监控的效能。

Abstract:

Listening and evaluating the courses are important methods and ways of teaching quality monitoring and teaching research in local colleges and universities. Due to various reasons, now listening and evaluating the courses has appeared to be a form like chicken ribs in some local colleges and universities. Because of the lag of the teaching management concept and management method, they are difficult to play its due role. Only by changing the bias towards scientific research rather than on teaching, and promoting the coordinated development of teaching and scientific research, can the method of listening and evaluating the courses be rejuvenated and the effectiveness of teaching quality monitoring be improved.
