氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定党参中的硒含量

摘要 

为建立一种操作简便,快速,高灵敏度的氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定党参中硒的分析方法。方法 采用原子荧光光谱法对测定党参中硒元素进行含量的定量分析方法。结果 硒含量在0~40 μg/L质量范围内与其荧光强度呈现良好的线性关系(R2=0.9999),检出限为Q=0.065 ng/mL;加样回收率为113.33%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.97%;精密度RSD为1.65%;准确度RSD为4.58%;稳定性RSD为6.52 %。11个不同品种党参之间的硒含量稍有不同,但都在0.1 mg/kg以下。结论 在富硒党参质量控制检测中,用原子荧光光谱法测定硒含量,其操作快速、简便,能准确测定党参硒含量。

Abstract: 

Objective To establish a simple, fast, and highly sensitive analytical method for the determination of selenium in Codonopsis by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Quantitative analysis of selenium in Codonopsis by atomic fluorescence spectrometry . Results The selenium content showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0~40μg/L, and correlation coefficient R2 was 0.9999,detection limit of the method was 0.065 ng/mL;the sample recoveries was 113.33%,relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.97%; the RSD of precision, accuracy and stability were 1.65%, 4.58% and 6.52%.The selenium content of 11 different varieties of Codonopsis was slightly different but all are below 0.1 mg/kg. Conclusion In the quality control and detection of selenium-enriched Codonopsis, the established method of selenium determination based on atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer was of good linearity, precision, and accuracy.
