卟啉及其卟啉基聚合物光动力学的比较研究

摘要 

光动力疗法(Photodynamic Therapy,PDT)是不同于手术、放疗、化疗和免疫治疗的一种崭新疗法,对血管增生性病变组织的选择性治疗具有很好的疗效。本文比较了三种卟啉及卟啉基聚合物的生物相容性和光动力学疗效。MTT测试结果显示,在非光照下Por、Por-PNIPAM、Por-PNIPAM-b-POEGMA对小鼠成纤维细胞L929和人宫颈癌细胞HeLa的毒性均较低;而在红光照射下,Por、Por-PNIPAM、Por-PNIPAM-b-POEGMA对L929细胞毒性较低,但对HeLa细胞毒性较高。

Abstract: 

Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) is a new treatment that is different from surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. It has a good effect on the selective treatment of angiogenic tissues. This article compared the biocompatibility and photodynamic efficacy of three porphyrins and porphyrin-based polymers. MTT test results showed that Por, Por-PNIPAM, and Por-PNIPAM-b-POEGMA were less toxic to mouse fibroblasts L929 and human cervical cancer cells HeLa under non-light; while Por, Por-PNIPAM and Por-PNIPAM-b-POEGMA are less toxic to L929 cells, but higher to HeLa cells.
