摘要 

基于FDM3D打印技术的前提下,利用品红黄蓝三原色配色原理设计了用于彩色3D打印配色的五进一出打印喷头。针对于熔融沉积3D打印,打印头在打印过程中存在热结构和分布的不合理会影响整个打印过程的精度和打印件的质量。采用热力学分析方法对于设计的五进一出打印喷头的结构进行分析优化,可以更加直观地观测到打印过程中喷头的温度分布,验证了五进一出打印喷头结构的合理性,为基于FDM的彩色3D打印提供了技术理论支持。

Abstract: 

Based on fdm3d printing technology, this paper designs a five in one out printing head for color 3D printing by using the principle of magenta yellow blue primary color matching. For 3D printing of melt deposition, the unreasonable thermal structure and distribution of the print head in the printing process will affect the accuracy of the whole printing process and the quality of the print. The thermal analysis method is used to optimize the structure of the five in one out printing head. The temperature distribution of the five in one out printing head in the printing process can be observed more intuitively. The rationality of the structure of the five in one out printing head is verified, which provides technical theoretical support for color 3D printing based on FDM.
