摘要 

以小区、学校、街道、车站等公共场所的垃圾桶为目标,设计并研制了一款集高效省力清理垃圾、电池回收、公益广告牌于一体的新型翻转式垃圾桶。通过手柄、L型支架将垃圾桶提升一定高度,利用施加在手柄上的力以及垃圾桶本身翻转时的重力做功来提供动力,将垃圾倒入垃圾车内,仅在手柄上施加200N的作用力时,只需要2s就可以将垃圾桶翻转到指定高度,方便快捷,使环卫工人在清洁垃圾时省时、省力,又能改善其工作环境。利用建立的翻转式垃圾桶刚柔耦合模型,对垃圾桶、L型支架以及手柄工作过程中的动态应力进行分析,其动态应力最大值分别147.51KPa、119.37KPa、75.21KPa,且箱体转轴从动端应力大于主动端应力,均小于材料的屈服强度170MPa,为相关设计提供了依据。

Abstract: 

Aiming at trash cans in public places such as districts, schools, streets, and stations, a new type of turnover trash was developed, which integrated the efficient garbage cleaning, battery recycling and public service billboards. Dump the garage into the garbage track through raising the handle and the L-shaped bracket. It only takes 2 seconds to turn the trash to a specified height, when a 200N force applied to the handle. It is convenient and quick. Based on the rigid-flexible coupling model of the turnover trash, the dynamic stress during the working process of the trash, L-shaped bracket, and handle is analyzed. The maximum dynamic stress is 147.51KPa, 119.37KPa, and 75.21KPa. The stress of trash at the moving end is greater than the stress at the active end, and both are less than the material's yield strength of 170 MPa, which provides a basis for related design.
