高压氢和液氢储运氢能耗及成本分析

摘要 

氢能作为一种高能量密度、清洁无污染的高效二次能源,被认为是理想的绿色能源。大规模制氢及储运氢能够显著降低氢气市场化应用的能耗及成本。通过对高压氢、液氢储氢技术在海陆运输中的能耗及能效进行分析。分析结果表明:高压氢在短距离运输具有一定优势,其能耗和成本随着运输距离增大著提高;高压氢在20MPa储存和运输,其能耗及成本随运输距离增大而明显增大。液氢由于液化能耗高且能效低,且整个过程中都伴随着氢气的蒸发损耗,因此不适合跨海及陆地长距离输送。

Abstract: 

Hydrogen energy, as a kind of high energy density, clean and efficient secondary energy, is considered as an ideal green energy. In hydrogen energy application, large-scale hydrogen production, storage and transportation can significantly reduce the energy consumption and cost of hydrogen market application. The energy consumption and energy efficiency of high-pressure hydrogen and liquid hydrogen storage technologies in sea and land transportation are investigated. The results show that high-pressure hydrogen has certain advantages in short distance transportation, and its energy consumption and cost increase with the increase of transportation distance. When hydrogen is stored and transported at 20MPa, its energy consumption and cost increase obviously with the increase of transportation distance. Hydrogen liquefaction requires high energy consumption but low energy efficiency, and the evaporation loss of hydrogen is accoMPanied by the whole process of liquefaction. Therefore, it is not suitable for cross-sea and long-distance transportation.
