摘要 

采用机器视觉技术和LabVIEW Vision Assistant对玻璃缺陷进行检测分析,以亚克力玻璃常见的缺陷划痕、气泡为主,通过LabVIEW图像处理模块进行灰度变换、形态学处理、阈值分割,最后对图像进行颗粒分析。该研究用模板匹配的方式,对玻璃存在的缺陷进行识别。多次检测研究后表明,该方式较准确地检测到划痕、气泡的存在,并对缺陷的位置及数量做出判断,正确率达到94%。

Abstract: 

The machine Vision technology and LabVIEW Assistant are used to detect and analyze the glass defects, and the common defects of acrylic glass are mainly scratches and bubbles.The image processing module process on LabVIEW includes the gray level transformation and morphology, threshold value, and the particle analysis is carried out at last. In this study, the defects of glass were identified by template matching. The results show that this method can accurately detect the existence of scratches and bubbles, and judge the location and number of defects. The correct rate is 94% .
