摘要 实验以聚乙二醇为络合剂,采用水热法制备了发光性能优越的稀土离子掺杂的 BaWO4 纳米晶
究了不同
pH 反应温度和时间对样品的影响,为确定最佳制备工艺设计多组平行实验以观察发光特
性的区别
并通过对平行实验结果的分析研究达到对掺杂方案实验方法的最终确定, 分析中运用 X
线衍射仪
扫描电镜等对制备的样品形貌结构进行了表征,通过对样品结构进行分析来实现对发光效能
的差异做出解释,并最终获得最优实验方案
pH = 9,晶化温度为 200 ℃ ,晶化时间为 12 h.Yb3+ /Tm3+
7 1Tm3+离子浓度为 1.0 mol%时,样品的发光效果最佳

Abstract: In this paperBaWO4 powders with ideal luminescence properties were synthesized by hydrothermal
method
using polyethylene glycol as a complexing agent.The effects of pHreaction temperature and reaction
time on synthesis of samples were studied.Parallel tests were used to observe the differences.The results were
used to determine the best method.The products are characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron
microscope.The results show that the luminous intensity is best when the pH = 9
T = 200 ℃ and time is 12
hours
concentration ratio of Yb3+ /Tm3+ is 7 1doping concentration of Tm3+ ions is 1.0mol%.
