摘要 为更好的将工业生产中产生的废料进行回收利用提升经济效益, 本文采用间歇釜式反应器, 以
磺酸型离子交换树脂为催化剂,以壬基酚工业釜底液为原料,开展多壬基酚与苯酚的烷基转移反应技术
研究
通过对不同影响因素的查考, 进行催化性能的比对研究结果表明, 当在反应温度在 150 ~ 155 ℃
苯酚与多壬基酚摩尔配比为 10催化剂用量 10 wt%反应时间 3~ 3.5 h 的条件下, 多壬基酚转化率可达
90%以上,壬基酚收率 70%左右通过以上反应实验使工业产生的釜底液多壬基酚体现出了更好的价值

Abstract: The transalkylation of dinonylphenol with phenol was carried out using a batch reactor with sulfonie
acid io-exchange polystyrene resin as catalysts.The composition and mechanical properties of sulfonated resin
were characterized by FTIR and particle strength test. Results show that the optimal reaction condition is as
follows
: reaction temperature150~ 155 ℃ ; phenol: nonylphenol ( molar ratio) ,10 1; catalyst dosage10wt%;
reaction time3~ 3.5 h.In this casethe conversion of dinonylphenol is above 90% and the yield of nonylphenol
is above 70%.By this process
dinonylphenolthe by-product of nonylphenol industry processcould be utilized
effectively.The economic benefits of the nonylphenol industry device would be improved.
