研究生学术不端行为成因及治理措施研究

摘要研究生学术不端行为不仅仅败坏了学校声誉，降低了研究生培养质量，还严重伤害了学术活动的
严肃性，阻碍了科学的发展和进步。高校作为高层次人才培养的摇篮，采取有力措施严厉打击学术不端
行为，营造科学严谨的学术氛围，确保学术研究健康发展已经刻不容缓。文章以学术不端的主体为切入
点，梳理了当前高校比较常见的学术不端行为，揭示了研究生学术不端行为带来的严重危害，结合不同
的学术不端行为，分析了其产生的原因，在此基础之上提出研究生学术不端行为的治理措施。

Abstract: The postgraduates’academic misconducts will damage the fame of the college and degrade the
graduates’quality， at the same time， it will damage the seriousness of academic activities and hinder the
progress of science development． It is urgent for the universities， the cradle of cultivating talents， to take
effective measures to reduce academic misconducts and establish scientific and serious academic circumstance
to support the well development of academic research．This paper aim at sorting out the common misconducts in
universities so as to reveal the harmful effects caused by academic misconducts and it analyzes the causes of
different types of academic misconducts and proposes some countermeasures．
