摘要运用实地调查与问卷调查法对吉林地区研究生科研现状情况进行统计、分析与研究，得出以下结
论: 课堂教学时间过长; 科学研究时间投入不够; 研究生与导师交流过少; 研究生自身科研能力不足; 缺
乏科研兴趣。在此基础上提出优化课程体系，提高导师团队建设，加强学术交流三点建议，以提高研究
生科研能力的培养。

Abstract: Using the methods of investigation and questionnaire survey， this research analyzed the current
situation of the postgraduates’scientific research in Jilin．The conclusion is drawn as follows: excessive teaching
time; short of research time; insufficient communication between students and mentors; inadequate research
capability of postgraduates’and lack of research passion．Based on the above， this paper puts forward three
suggestions to cultivate the postgraduates’scientific research ability: to optimize course system， to improve
mentor team building，and to enhance academic exchange．
