高压密封罐消解-ICP-AES 法测定长白山椴树蜂花粉中多种微量元素

摘要 采用 HClO4/HNO3湿法密闭高压罐消解样品,利用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法( ICP-AES)
直接测定长白山椴树蜜中 K、Mg、Ca、Ba、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Al、Se、Sr、Cd、Cr、Pb 14 种微量元素的含量.设计
试验方案,通过正交试验中的方差分析确定最佳试验操作条件, 方法的加标回收率在 95.8% ~ 106% 之
间,相对标准偏差 RSD 小于 2.42%.实验结果证明,长白山椴树蜂花粉中含对人体健康有益的 K、Ca、Mg、
Fe、Mn 等多种微量元素.该方法的灵敏度高,准确度和精密度好,测定结果令人满意.

Abstract: By wet digestion procedure with HClO4/HNO3 to high pressure tank samples, we used inductively
coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP-AES) to direct determine 14 kinds of trace elements of
Changbai mountain lime tree pollen, including K, Mg, Ca, Ba, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Al, Se, Sr, Cd, Cr and Pb.
Experimental conditions were optimized throughor thogonal experiments and their variance analysis. The
standard addition recovery of the method was between 95.8% ~ 106%, and the relative standard deviation was
less than 2.14%.The results showed that the Changbai mountain lime tree pollen powder contained a lot of K,
Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn, and other trace elements.The method had high sensitivity, accuracy and precision.The result
was satisfactory.
