摘要 水杨醛对呼吸道有刺激性,人体吸入后会引起咳嗽,胸闷等症状.本研究以聚乙烯亚胺保护的银纳
米簇(AgNCs@ PEI) 作为荧光探针,利用水杨醛与其形成希夫碱而使探针荧光猝灭的特性, 实现对水杨
醛的检测.该银纳米簇荧光探针对水杨醛有良好的选择性, 在水杨醛浓度为 25 ~ 500 μM 的区间内, 荧光
强度的变化量( F0-F) 与水杨醛的浓度呈现良好的线性关系( R2=0.991 8) ,其检测限为 0.32 μM.

Abstract: Salicylic aldehyde is irritating for the respiratory tract, when inhaled it can cause cough, chest
tightness and other symptoms.We designed a fluorescent probe --silver nanoclusters protected by polyethylene
amines ( AgNCs@ PEI) .Basing on the formation of the Schiff base between salicylic aldehyde and AgNCs@
PEI,it can quench the fluorescence probe to achieve the detection of salicylic aldehyde. This fluorescence
probe has good selectivity toward salicylic aldehyde and a good linear relationship between 100 and 500 μM
( R2 = 0.991 8) .A detection limit of salicylic aldehyde is 0.32 μM by this probe.
