摘要 

概述了项目管理与“6S”管理的主要内容,将项目管理中的周报制度、不符合项制度、飞检制度、质量管理方法、安全管理方法和进度管理方法应用到“6S”管理当中,以机械类专业为背景进行了实践,效果良好。表明了全员参,全过程和全方位的“6S”管理的研究还未系统的开展,为此将项目管理制度和方法在“6S”管理的研究中进行深入开展,形成系统的管理体系是下一步研究的关键。

Abstract: 

This paper summarizes the main contents of project management and "6S" management, and it applies the weekly report system, nonconformity system, unannounced inspection system, quality management, safety management and schedule management into the practice of "6S" management. Its application in Mechanical Specialty achieved a good result, which shows that research of the whole process and all aspects with full participation on the "6S" management has not been systematically carried out, so it is the key to further research how to carry out the project management system and methods in the research on "6S" management.
