摘要 

利用3D打印技术,将质轻、高强的CF/ABS复合材料经过设计制备了多种形貌的复合扳手。自制碳纤维上浆剂有效的提高了碳纤维集束性和表面浸润性,与优选的高流动ABS树脂有良好的结合性。制备的3D打印扳手可以因实际需要改善大小、口径和厚度,具有实际应用前景。通过对3D打印CF/ABS复合扳手的质量及市场价格分析,此种方法制备的扳手价格在0.6元左右。低廉的价格和高的使用性能,有利于3D打印CF/ABS复合扳手进行日常推广。

Abstract: 

The light and high strength CF/ABS composites were designed and composite wrenches with various shapes were fabricated by using 3D printing technology. The self-made sizing agent for carbon fibers effectively improved the aggregation and surface wettability of carbon fibers, and has good bonding with the high flow ABS resin. The prepared 3D printing wrench could choose the size, caliber and thickness according to the actual needs, which technical has a practical application prospect. The quality and market price of 3D printing CF/ABS composite wrench were analyzed and the price of the wrench prepared by this method is about 0.6 yuan. The low price and high performance are conducive to the daily promotion of 3D printing CF/ABS composite wrench.
