普通高校公共体育教学团队现状与发展策略

摘要 

高校公共体育教师是高校教师必不可少的一部分,其专业能力直接影响着高等教育水平。当前高校公共体育教学团队存在教学团队目标不明确、教学团队缺乏制度管理、教学团队缺乏激励机制、教学团队成员合作不足等问题。由此提出制定教学团队目标、建设教学团队的政策和保障制度、制定教学团队激励机制、营造教学团队文化、提高教学团队水平等五个方面建设和发展高校公共体育教学团队的策略。

Abstract: 

College physical education teachers are the essential part of college teachers, and their professional ability affects the level of higher education directly. At present, there are some problems about the teaching team of physical education teachers in colleges and universities, such as unclear team goal, lack of systematic management, lack of incentive mechanism and cooperation. This paper analyzes and discusses the construction of teaching team of physical education teachers in colleges and universities from the perspective of professional development of teachers. It puts forward five aspects of the construction and development of college physical education teachers teaching team strategy: the establishment of high-quality teaching team, development of teaching team goals, the construction of teaching team's policy and security system, development of incentive mechanism, building of the teaching team culture and improvement of the overall quality of the teaching team.
