新形势下高校毕业生档案管理的重要性

摘要高校毕业生档案作为以后人事档案的重要组成部分，是个人升迁调动、组织选拔任用的一个重要
考核依据。随着社会的不断发展与进步，高校毕业生的档案管理工作变得尤为重要。本文拟从高校毕
业生档案的重要性，高校对毕业生的档案管理，以及提高毕业生对个人档案的认识三方面内容来探讨、
论述高校毕业生档案管理的重要性，以期引起各方面的足够重视。

Abstract: College graduates’archives，as an important part of the personnel file is an important basis for the
assessment in the future promotion or transfer and the selection and appointment of the organizations．With the
continuous development and progress of the society，the college graduates’file management is becoming more
and more important．This paper will discuss the importance of archives management for college graduates from
three aspects: the importance of the graduates’ archives， the graduates’ archives management and the
students’knowledge of their personal files，so as to arouse enough attention in all aspects．
